During an inspection in response to concerns
We spoke to relatives of two people in the home. They told us that they were pleased with the care. They said that the staff seemed to be competent in their jobs. One told us, "my mother could not have better care".
We asked two relatives of people in the home how they would make a complaint. They told us that they knew how to raise a query or complaint. They said that they would talk to the manager. They said they were confident that the right actions would be taken to sort things out.
