Regular audits were completed and actions were added to the service improvement plan to ensure there was continuous improvement.

The registered manager told us how the staff team and service had been developed to ensure the best outcomes are achieved for people. Staff worked with other agencies and professionals and shared information appropriately. Where there had been incidents, actions had been taken to minimise the risk of reoccurrence.
