Pilgrims Way Surgery is located in a residential area of Dartford, Kent and has good transport links. The practice is based in Dartford East Health Centre which is shared with another GP practice. The centre is purpose built and has good access for wheelchairs and disabled facilities. There is a large car park for patient use. The provider is registered with CQC to deliver the Regulated Activities; diagnostic and screening procedures, family planning, maternity and midwifery services, surgical procedures and treatment of disease, disorder or injury. These are delivered from this site only. Pilgrims Way Surgery is situated within the Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley Integrated Care Board (ICB) and provides services to 8500 patients. There are 2 Male GPs, 1 Female GP, 1 Paramedic, 1 Physician Associate, 2 Nurses, 1 HCA, and 2 GP Trainees supported by reception and administration staff. Appointments are available from 7.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday and patients have the choice of face to face or telephone consultations for the vast majority of appointments. Extended access is also provided 7.30am to 8am Monday to Friday and to 6.30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. The practice have an agreement with their PCN regarding offering Saturday and Sunday appointments at Swanscombe Health Centre.

We received feedback from 4 patients who stated they had positive experiences when accessing care, support and treatment, as well as having received care in a timely manner.
