During a routine inspection
Patients were positive about the treatment they had received. One person told us they had 'Been treated very well.' They knew what they had consented to and felt well informed.
We saw that patients were cared for in a clean and hygienic environment. However, some cleaning checklists were not completed to demonstrate that cleanliness routines had always been undertaken.
We reviewed staff records and found that appropriate checks had been undertaken before staff began work.
We looked at complaints and saw that there were effective procedures in place to investigate and learn from complaints that were made.
