During a routine inspection
During our visit we found all areas of the home to be clean and tidy and procedures were in place to ensure that good hygiene standards were maintained.
There were good systems in place to obtain feedback from people living in the home and their relatives. This showed that the manager was keen to develop the service based on the views of the people using it.
People we spoke with were confident in raising any concerns to the staff and manager. There were good systems in place to monitor complaints and records showed that all complaints were taken seriously and address appropriately.
