During a routine inspection
Care records described the person's needs in detail. We saw that they contained detailed, person centred information for staff about how they liked to be supported.
Staff we met told us that they received regular training of a good quality. They felt the training enabled them to support the person living at the service to the best of their abilities.
The person in the service told us several times that they felt happy and safe. They laughed and joked throughout our visit and appeared very comfortable in our presence.
Staff said they received regular supervisions with the manager to enable them to raise any concerns they might have.
The manager took account of the views of others by the use of surveys and monitored the service in a number of ways.
