During a routine inspection
People told us that they were always well treated and were happy in the home. They told us that staff always treated them with respect and preserved their privacy and dignity. People described the home as very nice, a lovely home and an excellent place to live. People told us that they felt very safe in the home and with the staff. They told us that they couldn't fault the staff at all, staff were ''wonderfu'' and ''kind'', They said that there were always plenty of staff around if they needed help. People told us that staff always listened to them and acted on their opinions and views. People said that they had no complaints about the home.
A relative of a person who lived in the home described the care as excellent and told us that the home ''couldn't be faulted''. One relative described the home as ''warm and homely''. Relatives and friends told us that they were totally confident that their family members/friends were safe living in the home. They told us that they had absolutely no concerns about the home. Relatives and friends told us that they were delighted with the staff of the home and were very happy to leave their friends and family in their care. They told us that they were confident that any concerns or issues would be listened to and acted on.
