Workforce wellbeing and enablement

Staff told us they felt supported by the management team, and they were approachable. Staff told us their well-being was supported and they could speak with management at any time. One staff member said, “It’s a lovely team, very supportive it’s a good place to work.” Another staff member added, “It’s very good teamwork. Positive place to work, everyone gets on with everyone.”

There were systems in place to ensure that the well-being and support of staff was promoted, for example flexible working and managers operating an open-door policy. Team meetings notes were observed, and staff participated in meetings regularly.
