During a routine inspection
We found evidence people had been involved in the planning and delivery of their care and their preferences had been catered for. We saw the service had completed risk assessments for people and had kept these up to date with reviews. Staff had been trained in safeguarding people from abuse and knew the procedures to follow should they have any concerns. The service had appropriate systems in place in relation to the ordering, storing, administering and disposing of medicines however there were some gaps in the recording of medicines. We also found the service had an appropriate recruitment policy in place which had been followed when staff had been recruited.
