During a routine inspection
People who use the service benefit because their care plans explain to staff what support they need clearly and are helpful and informative.
People who use the service are cared for by staff who have an awareness and good understanding of their needs. This should mean people receive care from staff who know how to support and care for them.
The service actively involves people in monitoring and reviewing the quality of service and the care they receive.
The service is run for the best interests of people who use it and is run in a flexible way that treats each person as a unique individual. One person said 'you are not just a number you are a person'. This comment helps demonstrate that people receive a unique and personal service.
