During an inspection in response to concerns
People were happy with their bedrooms, which they were able to personalise with their own small pieces of furniture. One person told us, "My room is nice and bright and I have a decent outlook."
There was equipment around the home to help to meet people's needs. One person told us they had an air mattress to help to prevent bed sores, which they said was comfortable.
People with whom we spoke told us they liked the staff and they thought they did a good job. There were some mixed views about staffing numbers. One person told us they did not think there were always enough staff on duty but others said there were. No one said they had to wait too long for staff attention. One person said, "If they are busy I might have to wait five or ten minutes but I've never had to wait what I would call too long."
