During a routine inspection
We saw staff talking with people who used the service about their day to day activities and choices and relationships appeared to be warm and caring. When we spoke with staff they demonstrated a sound understanding of the needs of the people in their care.
People were effectively assisted to take their medicines safely and were supported in their lives by enough suitable staff.
People said they felt safe living at 63 Watley's End Road and they knew how to raise concerns if they had them. People told us if they had any concerns they would speak with the manager or their families. People told us "I like the staff, they are good and kind".
