Community Care Direct is a home care provider which offers domiciliary care and support for people within their own homes. The service was providing support to 31 people at the time of the inspection. Not everyone who used the service received personal care. CQC only inspects where people receive personal care. This is help with care and support related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided.

People and their relatives spoke positively about the care and support they received. People told us staff were competent and treated them with kindness and respect. People also told us they were cared for by a consistent staff team, and by staff who knew them well. One relative told us how they thought staff went ‘above and beyond’ for their loved one.
