During a routine inspection
We sampled three patient records and found these to be legible, comprehensive and a detailed record of treatments provided.
The treatment for hair loss consisted of medication and a lotion which was prescribed and provided by the doctor following consultations.
We saw the medications were stored securely in a locked cabinet.
The service was provided by the doctor who was also the registered manager. No other staff were employed.
When we spoke with one patient, a high level of satisfaction was expressed. "I have been coming here now for almost 10 months and I have been satisfied with the treatment", "The doctor explains everything and I have no complaints at all".
