During a routine inspection
People told us they were happy with the service they received. People lived in their own homes and received staff support as and when they required it. People said they had the opportunity to say what was important to them and how they chose to live their life.
Staff we met and spoke with demonstrated a good understanding of how to meet people's needs. We observed staff interacting with people in a friendly but professional manner.
People told us they planned the meals they wished to eat. People could choose to cook their own meals with staff support if they wished to do so.
People we met and spoke with confirmed they felt safe in their home. They told us about the security arrangements they carried out with staff support.
We saw there were systems in place to enable the quality of the service to be monitored.
