During a routine inspection

We spoke with four of the ten people that use the service. They told us that they were supported to be independent and to learn new skills. One person said 'the staff keep me up to date with what is happening and they make sure that I get information when I need it.' People told us that they were happy with their support plans and the quality of the service. They said that they met their needs.

People told us that they felt safe when using the service and staff were seen to be treating people respectfully. We found that staff had been trained and had received regular updates in their training. Permanent staff told us that they felt well supported. We found that there was a lack of support and supervision for relief staff which may put people at risk as they were not supported to deliver care and treatment safely.
