During a routine inspection
We found people's views and experiences were taken into account by the way they were cared for by staff working at the agency. We saw that before a service was provided people were assessed to determine their needs and the level of support they required. People and their relatives participated in these assessments and gave their views on their preferences and how they wanted to be supported.
We reviewed the training records and saw staff had completed their mandatory training and received additional training to support them to deliver care to an appropriate and safe standard.
The provider had an effective system for monitoring and assessing the quality of the service provided, which included the views and experiences of people and their representatives.
