During a routine inspection
We found that suitable arrangements were in place to ensure the service was managed appropriately during the transition period.
People were asked about how the clinic had gained their consent to treatment and all three described having detailed conversations with staff who went through the options. One person told us "so far the staff are great and have explained everything in detail".
People we spoke with following treatment said that they had their treatment choices explained to them, and had plenty of time to ask questions before the procedure was carried out. People commented positively on all aspects of the service, from the initial
consultation, through to the aftercare. When asked to comment on the quality of the service they had received, all three responses were positive.
