During a routine inspection
We saw that people lived in a clean and homely environment. They were clean and dressed in clothes appropriate to their age and gender. We saw that people were able to move around the home freely. They were supported to make drinks.
We saw that people were safe living in their environment, they were well cared for and supported by staff who knew them well. We saw that staff treated people with respect and dignity and understood how to communicate with them. Information was available in the home in a way that people could understand.
People's needs were assessed and well planned for. There was sufficient staff to meet the needs of people living in the home. There were robust systems in place to monitor the quality of the service,so people receive a quality service.
