During a routine inspection
People told us that the care they received was good and met their needs, and that their carers were kind, polite and respectful. They said that their care had been reviewed. People mainly told us that carers arrived on time for calls or sometimes were a bit late, they had the same carers most of the time. We did also receive comments that carers could sometimes be very late, these were in the minority.
Some comments from people were,
'The girls themselves are brilliant'
'They are rarely late'.
'The carers arrive as soon as they can, they are rushed off their feet bless them'
'They are a good bunch of girls'
' The office responds well when I call'
People told us that their care was given safely and that carers were competent and professional. They were smart and wore identity badges and announced themselves when they arrived.
People knew how to contact the agency and to raise any concerns or queries if they had them.
