During a routine inspection
Staff were professional in their approach, as well as friendly, caring and respectful of people's needs. They had a very good knowledge of the needs of the people using the service, including their preferred method of communication. From our observations of the communication between people using the service and staff it was clear that people's needs and preferences were understood and acted on, including arrangements for hospital appointments and in meeting their day to day needs. We saw that staff responded promptly to people's requests for assistance.
