During a routine inspection
Support plans reflected the needs of the people using the service and were reviewed regularly. People were involved in planning their support.
Staff told us they received training to do their job and were supported by managers.
The service had systems in place to monitor quality of the service provided. These included telephone monitoring and unannounced visits which were carried out by the manager. The provider may wish to note the systems in place were not formalised.
