During a routine inspection
People who used Allied Healthcare ' Bristol were given appropriate information regarding their care and support. They were involved in making decisions and agreed the preferred times for support to be provided. Before people received care and support an assessment was completed.
People told us that they received the service they expected and that they were well treated. They told us that they were able to contact the office if things were not right and that the care staff enabled them to continue living in their own homes.
We found that the agency ensured that the staff were well trained and were supported to do their job properly. The agency had good systems in place to ensure that the quality of the service provided was monitored and they handled any complaints made about their service appropriately.
