During a routine inspection
People's needs were assessed and care and treatment was planned and delivered in line with their individual care plan. We found people were getting nutrition and hydration. Nursing interventions were being made in a timely manner. People told us they liked living at the nursing home because members of staff were kind and caring. People said that they liked the garden and they were able to sit nearby the window when it was cold and went outside when it was warm. They told us that the staff always asked how they were and told them what they were going to do to assist them. We spoke with three relatives who told us the care was good and spoke highly about the care provided by members of staff. They told us people were spoken in a calm and respectful way which respected their dignity.
