During a routine inspection
People told us that their choices were respected and that they had been involved in choosing the agency. People also told us care workers who were assigned to them arrived on time and stayed for the time that had been allocated. They told us that if there was a change to the time that a care worker was to attend, or a change to their normal care worker that they were kept informed of this.
People told us that they had a care plan and that this was updated as their needs changed.
People told us that they felt safe when they were receiving care. They also told us that they knew who to contact if they had concerns or felt unsafe.
One person told us that the agency accommodated their religious needs and planned their care in a timely manner in order that they could go to their place of worship.
People told us that staff were caring and efficient. They also told us if they had a problem or concern about their care worker they would contact the agency to discuss this.
People told us that they are asked their views about the service and that the agency listens to any concerns that are raised.
