During a routine inspection
When we visited services we saw staff treat people with sensitivity and respect and to involve them in our discussions on the service they received.
The mother of one person we spoke to told us that she was generally happy with the care provided to her daughter.
She said that she found the 'front line' staff (the staff providing direct care) to be fine, they had looked after her daughter very well.
However, she also said that she was very concerned about proposals to replace the present waking night staff in the home with sleep-in staff at night.
