During a routine inspection
We also spoke with the manager, five care workers, three ancillary workers and two people from the provider's management team.
People who lived at the home received care that had been well planned. They told us they were treated respectfully and given choices. One person described the home as 'a nice friendly place'.
We saw that people had a choice of suitable and nutritious food and drink available in sufficient quantities.
We found that medication had been managed well and was stored securely at the home. Appropriate and accurate medication records were kept.
We saw that the provider had sufficient numbers of suitably qualified, skilled and experienced staff employed at the home to meet people's needs. One person told us, 'I can ask them to do anything, they are lovely'.
