During a routine inspection
People told us that they had been given the opportunity to look around the service before deciding to move in. One person explained, 'I came and looked around and thought it was very nice, my husband came as well'. Another person told us, 'I came and looked around, first impressions are everything and I wanted her to come here'.
We were told that the food served was good. One person told us, 'the foods plain, but nice, you can have as much as you want, too much sometimes'. Another person explained, 'the food is great, no complaints, only praise'.
People told us that they were satisfied with the care and support they received. One person told us, 'It's perfect, the staff are great, I can't complain about anything'. Another person explained, 'she's definitely getting the care she needs'.
We were told that people felt safe living at the service. One person told us, 'I think it is excellent, I don't worry about her at all, I think we are very lucky'. Another person explained, 'the staff treat us very well, I have no worries'.
