During a routine inspection
During our visit we saw that staff asked people's opinions and treated them with courtesy and respect.
Relatives spoken with made positive comments about how people living in the home were treated with dignity and respect. They told us that they were consulted about and involved in the planning of their relatives care and were confident that people's health and personal care needs were well met.
Relatives who completed surveys as part of the home's own quality assurance process made positive comments about the care provided and the welcoming and homely atmosphere at The Bungalow.
