During a routine inspection
People told us that staff talked to them about their care needs and let them know how and why they were supporting them.
People who use the service told us they felt safe at the home and that they would talk to the manager or staff if they were concerned about anything.
Relatives spoken to said 'The set up is really good, I am quite happy with the care X receives. They keep us involved and informed about what is going on there. '
Another relative said, 'I am quite happy with his care, they do lots of activities which they enjoy.'
Everyone we spoke to said they knew how to make a complaint and who they would talk to if they needed to.
