During an inspection looking at part of the service
Two people told us they were not satisfied with the meals provided. We reviewed people's records and observed the lunchtime meal and found areas for improvements that the service needed to make.
People who use the service told us: 'the accommodation is lovely', 'it's a grand home' and 'staff listen to me'..if I say no they don't bother me'. One person told us: - 'I still get the support and care I need here'. Whilst someone else told us 'I'm looked after well.'
