During a routine inspection
The following were some of people's comments:
"I am satisfied with the advice given by the agency."
'The staff are respectful".
People who use the service informed us that their consent had been sought and they had information to make decisions. The following were some of the comments made by people who use the service:
'I have agreed to my care".
"The agency met and discussed with me about my support".
We asked people who use the service if they were receiving care that was meeting their needs. They informed us that their needs had been met and they were satisfied with the support they were receiving. They said staff knew their needs and supported them appropriately.
The following were some of the comments people made:
"I am absolutely happy with the care I am getting".
"Staff are punctual; they do what they are meant to do".
'I am satisfied with my care'.
"Staff knew what they were doing.'
People who use the service told us that staff treated them with respect and dignity. They said staff listened to them. People told us that they felt safe and they could trust staff. They said they knew how to contact them agency if they had concerns.
People told us that staff were caring and supportive to their needs. They said staff listened to them and treated them with respect and dignity. We were told by people who use the service that staff knew what they were doing. The following are some of the comments we received from people who use the service:
"I am satisfied with the care".
"I am pleased with staff".
People who use the service spoke positively about the care they received. They said they could talk to staff and they knew how to contact the agency's office. We were informed that the agency monitored care and support that people received.
