During a routine inspection
We spoke with a number of people, and other professionals who have dealings with the service. The overall view was that the service has limitations but, generally, the provider was keen to work with other professionals to improve the service. The provider was open, cooperative and keen to make changes to improve the quality of the care the home delivered.
People using the service showed us how they were able to make choices about their daily routines. Interaction and communication between staff and people who using the service was positive. Staff demonstrated good communication skills, used appropriate language, and appropriately and sensitively paced their communication.
