During a routine inspection
Staff told us they thought care needs of people were always met and that they did a good job. Mostly they said the training was good although one staff member said some of it was not relevant.
Staff said they did not think the communication was good between themselves and the office and they did not always feel well supported. One said they did not feel the workload was well coordinated geographically, making it difficult to stick to timings.
