During a routine inspection

We spoke with three people who lived in the home about their care and treatment. People we spoke with were positive about the care they received. One person who used the service told us: "I've been happy here". Another said of staff that work in the home: "They're all very nice - we've done well with them all". A third person said: "No complaints".

We found that the home was meeting the essential standards we looked at on this inspection. In summary, we found that people were well cared for, the provider worked well with other health services to ensure people's needs were met, the premises were safe and suitable , staff working in the home were properly supported and appropriate records were maintained.

During a routine inspection

We spoke with several people who lived in the home about their care and treatment. People we spoke with were positive about the care they received. One person who used the service told us: "I'm well looked after". Another said of staff that work in the home: "They're nice to you. They talk to people". A third person said: "I don't need to complain because I'm quite happy" . One person did say they weren't happy but they would not speak to us about why they felt this way.

We found that the home was meeting the essential standards and people were well cared for.

During a routine inspection

The people who use services that we spoke with were very positive about all aspects of living at the home. They told us that they felt involved in their care and supported to live as independently as possible. They said they were very happy with the standard of care they received. They told us they felt confident if they had any concerns, these would be sorted quickly. They made very positive comments about all the staff who worked at the home.

Comments included: "People go out of their way to please you." "It's fine. I've been here five years." "The food is lovely." "They're all smashing girls."
