During an inspection in response to concerns
They told us that they were also concerned about the lack of documentation. For example, they said that daily reports were of poor quality and that they were not informed about some incidents.
They said that they were concerned about the practice of some staff.
They raised a safeguarding alert which meant that the safeguarding team from social services were investigating. Some staff members had been suspended. Professionals were concerned that having a reduced number of staff would mean that people could not get out as much.
One person who uses the service told us that they enjoyed going to a local farm. They were looking forward to going to the farm that day. They said that they had a friend whom they saw regularly.
