During a routine inspection
The people were well presented and seemed relaxed and comfortable in their home. The house was clean and homely and people had the equipment they needed. People were supported by a small team of staff who knew them well and understood their needs and methods of communication. The care records showed that people's health needs were met and that they were treated as individuals and supported in line with their preferred routines and choices.
One person's relative told us they had been kept informed about their family member's care and any concerns. They felt a good quality of care was provided by a consistent staff team.
Staff shortages had limited how often people were able to access the community during the summer but the registered manager was able to show suitable staffing was now in place.
