During a routine inspection
We found that people were cared for according to their individual needs and preferences with staff paying attention to the small details that people told us were important to them. Where staff identified any problems or concerns they reacted appropriately and made the welfare of the person they were caring for their priority. They were supported in this by sound managers and experienced senior staff.
Record keeping was exemplary. All records that we requesed were immediately available and well presented.
The service reacted to any incident or other comments and learned from them. There was clear evidence that the agency was striving to provide good care and to continually improve the service it provided.
