During a routine inspection
People we spoke with were very positive about the care and support they received. They confirmed they were supported to make choices and decisions about their care. They told us they were assisted to be as independent as possible. One person told us: "If it is something new that you want to try, the staff help you and explain things, so you know what to do.'
People told us they were well looked after and they all enjoyed outings and activities. They described some of the activities that they had been involved in planning. Comments included: 'I like it here', 'The staff look after me' and 'I like being with my friends.'
Another person told us 'We are asked all of the time what we think about things, house meetings for things about the house and going out, surveys about everything and then we also have the student union meetings.'
