During a routine inspection
The records we saw were detailed and kept up to date. The care planning was person centred and tailored to the individual person receiving a service. Staff that we spoke to were passionate about their work and knew the people they cared for very well. They spoke highly of the support and training offered by the provider and in particular the support of the manager.
The relative we spoke to said they were happy with the staff from the agency and also spoke highly of the manager. They said they knew how to complain and had done so several times. They said things had been sorted out by the current manager who they had a lot of faith in. They told us they were not so confident of the organisation overall.
