During a routine inspection
Visitors told us they were involved in making decisions about their relatives care and treatment. They also said they were kept informed of any changes in their relatives needs.
People told us they were happy with the care and support they received and said the staff were kind and treated them well.
Relatives told us they were concerned that there were not always enough staff available to meet people's needs in a timely way. One person said their relative had to go to bed too early and people told us that when they went out on the minibus they could not get off the bus because there were not enough staff to go with them. People told us staff did not have time to organise planned actvities.
