During a routine inspection

People we spoke with felt their needs were met and that staff had the skills they needed when providing their care. They told us staff always double checked with them that they wanted help with their care needs before providing any assistance. One person using the service told us staff were “very good” and another that "staff are all lovely".

We found the provider met the outcomes we inspected and had systems in place to monitor their own compliance.

During an inspection in response to concerns

The people we spoke to said that they received the care and support that they needed and that their health care needs were being met.

They also told us that they were provided with activities they could be involved with if they chose to. However, sometimes at weekends there was a lack of things to do.

They thought the staff were friendly and approachable and they were quick to respond to calls for assistance and support.
