During a routine inspection
'Staff are reliable, kind and helpful.'
'I am very satisfied with the service I receive staff are kind and turn up when they should. They know what I like and don't like.'
'The staff know what they are doing and I get the care and support I need.'
'I am always treated with respect.'
We also saw some of the comments people had made about the service when they had been asked 'what dignity meant to them.'
'I love all my carers they always show me dignity and patience.'
'I am content and happy they always do that little bit extra to make me smile.'
We also spoke with three members of staff who all told us they enjoy their jobs, work well as a team and get plenty of opportunities to attend training.
