People told us that they liked the service and staff were friendly and caring.

People who used the service told us that they liked living at the home.

Relatives of people who use the service told us that the home was very nice and that staff were 'second to none'. They were happy for their relatives to be in the home and felt they were well cared for. Relatives felt involved in the care and were kept up to date and consulted on any changes to the treatment plans of their relatives.

Some of the relatives did comment that the building itself could be improved, but they had no complaints about the care provided.

The relatives could visit at any time.
