During a routine inspection
We met the registered manager and four care workers and talked with them about how they supported people who used the service.
People had positive opinions about what is was like to live at the home. Comments included, 'If you can do anything to help keep the home open we would like that'. 'Everyone of the staff has been wonderful'. 'This is now my home'. 'They treat you like a human being'. 'All of them are kind and caring to me' and "It's very good here ".
There were enough competent staff to support people effectively with their care needs.
People were well supported to be able to make complaints about the service if they needed to. When people made complaints these were properly investigated.
