During a routine inspection

People who use the service had completed survey forms, and these informed us that people were staisfied with the standards of care being provided. Most stated that they thought the care was 'excellent, very good or good.' People receiving a service and one relative we spoke to also stated they were happy with the care provided.

Staff members told us that recent changes to the running of the organisation had lead them to feel well supported and they were happy working for the agency.
