During a routine inspection
People had been fully involved in planning their care and support and care plans were being reviewed at appropriate time intervals.
People said they felt safe using the agency and were confident about reporting concerns or complaints. People were treated with respect by the agency staff.
Staff were completing regular training which was being monitored and recorded by the service. Staff were also being correctly supervised and receiving annual appraisals of their performance.
Staff told us they were well supported by the senior staff, received a good standard of training and that they provided a quality service to customers of the agency.
The agency had a number of systems in place to audit and monitor the quality of service that was being delivered.
