During a routine inspection
were being appropriately met by SAGA Homecare. They told us that staff respected them and that their privacy and dignity was respected. They also confirmed that an assessment of their needs had been carried out by a senior member of the agency before the service started and that the care and support they received was reviewed regularly. Comments included 'my care worker is so kind', 'I don't know what I'd do without them', 'they do everything for me'. Some service users told us that they were very happy with the service, but sometimes the careworkers didn't always listen to their views.
