During a routine inspection
All of the people we spoke to said that they were treated with dignity and respect by care staff and felt their views were listened to. Feedback included 'polite and respectful ' very much so', 'very nice and polite', 'they are always polite' and 'they do what I need them to do and they let me do what I can'.
Comments from people who use the service included 'a very good carer - I could not have a better one', 'invaluable to me - she is very thorough', 'very nice' and 'very very good'.
We asked people if they had a consistent carer providing care and support. Responses included 'I have the same carers ' I'm a bit fussy about that', 'I do get other carers when she is on holiday ', 'I do get different people but would prefer to have the same' and 'yes ' the same as far as possible'.
