During a routine inspection
The person using the service told us that they made their own choices and decisions with support from staff. They said that they liked the staff and got on well with them. They described staff as kind and caring.
The person also told us that they felt safe and confident that they could talk to staff if they had any worries or concerns.
The two relatives we spoke with praised the standard of service provided by support staff. Staff were described as kind and interested in the people they supported. Both people were confident that their relatives received safe support.
One of the relatives told us that staff encouraged people using the service to try new activities and that this had improved the person's self-confidence.
